Lauren believes that we must spur redevelopment in areas with under performing commercial space. We must focus on revising and reducing barriers to new, quality development in our commercial districts. We create stronger neighborhoods with stronger corridors. If we stimulate quality development, we will benefit from thriving commercial centers and mixed use properties that increase available housing.
